Every product used in this protocol is a registered product, provided under its own authorisation. The clinic confirmed this in writing, and we checked the supervising physician’s registration. Where a clinic will not put this in writing, we do not list the protocol.
What it involves
- Days 1–2Bloods, imaging and a physician consultation. Results reported in writing before anything is scheduled.
- Day 3A written plan, which you keep, and which you are free to take to your own physician.
- Days 4–11Supervised delivery at the clinic, most days two to four hours, with the rest of the day your own.
- Day 12Closing consultation and a written handover to your own physician.

- Someone who would rather have the plan than a specific protocol
Not ideal for
- Anyone travelling for fewer than ten days — the extended screening is the honest recommendation, at a quarter of the price
- Anyone who already has recent results from home, which removes a day of workup and some of the cost
If something is found
- Every finding is reported to you in writing, and to your own physician if you want it sent.
- Further investigation at this clinic is quoted before it happens, and is never added to the band.
- You have a named escalation route at the clinic before you travel, and us until the clinic takes over.
Most people do not ask this until it matters, so we put it on every record.
Questions about this protocol
- How much of the twelve days is my own?
- Most of it. Sessions run two to four hours on eight of the days.
- Can I do it in fewer days?
- Not this one. The extended screening takes three days and is the better answer if that is the constraint.
- What do I need to bring?
- Any results from the last twelve months. They often remove a day of workup and some of the cost.
- How far ahead do I need to book?
- Two to three weeks is usually enough. We confirm the clinic’s lead time in writing before you commit to dates.
- What if I need to change the dates?
- Tell us. This protocol moves easily; we will say so plainly if a change costs anything.
- Who do I call in Bangkok?
- Us, until the clinic takes over, and the named escalation route at the clinic after that. Both are in your written itinerary.
