You pay the clinic directly, at the same price you would pay walking in, and we publish the price before you ask. The clinic pays us a commission, and only after you have completed your treatment.
We earn the same no matter which protocol you choose, so we have nothing to gain by steering you toward a more expensive one. On the rare protocol where the rate is different, we say so on the protocol itself. That is the whole point: our interest is the right choice, not the expensive one.
And we list one clinic per protocol, the best one we found. We are not a marketplace and we do not run a price war: once we have found the right partner for a protocol, we stay with them.
Partner D, cell-based protocol. We ask every clinic to confirm, in writing, the pathway a protocol is provided under. This one is not yet confirmed.
So it stays off the list until it is. That is the simplest reason to trust everything that is on it.

You can, and you would pay the clinic the same published price either way, with no markup from us. The difference is the journey. From your first question to the day you arrive, you have one guide who takes the time to understand what you want, keeps everything clear and simple, and is there whenever you have a question. The clinic looks after the treatment; we look after you.
No. The clinic pays us once you have booked and completed your treatment. You pay the published price either way.
It is the clinic's own published price range, with the date we last confirmed it in writing. If a quote comes back outside that range, we say so and tell you why.
Tell us. Most protocols can be moved with notice; some involve lab work with a lead time, and those are stated on the record.
The clinic provides the medicine and holds the clinical responsibility. Before you travel we give you the named escalation route in writing.
Yes, and it often removes a day of workup and some of the cost.
Every protocol here has confirmed in writing how and under which pathway it is provided. When a clinic has not confirmed that yet, we hold the protocol back until it does, so everything you see has already cleared that bar.
We answer in writing, usually the same day, with a straight recommendation on which protocol fits you, at which clinic, and what it will cost.
